Do an Act of Nutrition for Fitness! Act of Nutrition

Services

In addition to the book, I offer one-of-a-kind fitness services, listed below. Regardless of your location, you can get personal attention from me to help you meet your fitness goals.

On-site Training—I have the ability to train in your home, office, a park or any location that is convenient for you. I also basically own a mobile gym, consisting of such tools as kettlebells, Indian clubs, pushup handles, a TRX Rip Trainer and medicine balls.

Consulting—I consult people about program design, home gym set-up, purchasing of fitness equipment, healthy shopping, meal prep, organic food education, label reading and health risk management.

Seminars—I speak about eating disorders, exercise techniques, motivation, weight loss, organic food, label reading and exposing fraudulent foods that are apparently healthy.

Group Training— I have experience training two or more people at the same time, which is beneficial if you lack the motivation to train alone and feel more comfortable in a group atmosphere.

Wellcoaching  – I help you make behavioral changes related to fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health and life issues. It all starts by creating a wellness vision, which is an ideal place you’d like to be six months to one year down the road.  We then devise three-month and weekly goals, locate key motivators and obstacles, and pinpoint strategies to overcome them. Basically, I help you stay on track to meet your goals and hold you accountable.

We can ALL benefit from a wellness coach, myself included.
